Role Purpose

The Workplace Experience and Hospitality Executive is responsible for crafting exceptional five-star experiences for tenants, visitors, and key stakeholders. Reporting to the leadership team, this role merges daily food and beverage operations, top-tier concierge services, and proactive workplace management to foster an environment of convenience, community, and luxury synonymous with Accor.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet tenants and guests with premium concierge and personalised services at the lobby.
• Ensure flawless food and beverage service for conferences, managing impeccable setups.
• Deliver table service for beverages in adjacent executive lounges to elevate guest experiences.
• Oversee daily workplace operations, coordinate tenant engagement activities, and nurture community events.
• Collaborate with preferred suppliers to discover innovative service enhancements.
• Swiftly address tenant feedback to uphold the asset’s superior operational standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Solid hospitality background with expertise in premium food and beverage service.
• Proven experience in customer-centric roles such as concierge or luxury guest services.
• Ability to organise and execute events efficiently with smooth operational delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills combined with a passion for crafting personalised customer experiences.
• All candidates must possess a valid National Police Check.
