Engineering Team

Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Engineer will assume responsibility for designing and executing tests, debugging software, and implementing necessary corrective measures. This includes reviewing system requirements and monitoring quality assurance metrics to support product development. The role is vital to verify that software performs effortlessly and fulfills client expectations while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, enterprise architects, and management teams to design software solutions.
- Extract and define acceptance criteria from a QA perspective based on product requirements.
- Create test cases aligned with defined acceptance criteria.
- Conduct various tests to validate application quality before deployment.
- Document and maintain records of application bugs.
- Perform exploratory testing on new features.
- Ensure all deployed features are free from defects.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 3 to 5 years' experience as a QA analyst or engineer in a similar capacity.
- Keen understanding of Agile development practices.
- Experience in software design and development within a test-driven development setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Resourceful with aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with technical expertise.
- Robust analytical capabilities.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
