Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Floor Manager, you will act as the public face of our hospitality, ensuring guests receive excellent service and have a memorable time from arrival to departure.

Key Duties

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Deliver menus and provide clear information regarding dishes, ingredients, and pricing.
• Adapt to working across our various food and beverage outlets.
• Take and communicate accurate food and drink orders to kitchen and bar staff.
• Promptly serve orders both in the lobby and through room service.
• Check periodically to confirm guest satisfaction with food and service quality.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests finish dining.
• Process customer payments correctly using cash register or POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, back of house, and during room service operations.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and orderly functioning of the operation.
