Join the Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa team as a Front Office Receptionist, a role central to delivering outstanding guest experiences and managing essential front desk administrative tasks. This position ensures smooth daily operations at our luxury hotel located in the heart of County Meath.

Set on 21 acres of picturesque Meath countryside, this Georgian mansion dates back to 1764 and has a rich history. Core Responsibilities
- Perform front office duties as outlined by the Front Office Manager.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established hotel procedures.
- Exhibit a professional and accommodating demeanor at all times, assisting guests promptly and courteously.
- Handle all room service requests efficiently and swiftly.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the lobby and main entrance area.
- Carry out light maintenance duties including litter collection, ashtray emptying, and sweeping around the hotel entrance.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience is mandatory.
- Availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Commitment to work a minimum of five days per week.
