About the Role
Join DXC Technology's Insurance Software and Business Process Services (ISB) team, recognized worldwide for delivering advanced insurance solutions that assist insurers in modernizing and managing core operational processes at scale. This role involves supporting workers' compensation claims administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing exceptional service to injured employees and related parties.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the claims team, you will be responsible for managing and processing workers' compensation claims through accurate record-keeping, coordinating medical appointments, and facilitating timely communication among injured workers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Your efforts will help maintain compliance with legislation and regulations, address enquiries professionally, support audits and reviews, and contribute to continuous operational improvements and team development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of Higher School Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in workers' compensation claims management or related fields is advantageous.
- Knowledge of insurance processes and regulatory frameworks is beneficial.
