Role Overview

The Warranty Executive will facilitate the aftersales warranty operations for Toyota and Lexus brands in the UAE. This individual will ensure warranty claims and repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines, optimizing claim recoveries and maintaining high process quality. The role involves close interaction with service centers, warranty teams, and other stakeholders to uphold vehicle safety and warranty standards within the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and approve warranty repairs and claims submitted by Toyota and Lexus service centers.
• Verify warranty claim compliance with manufacturer standards to maximize recoveries and reduce rejections.
• Track and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness in warranty claim processing.
• Perform warranty audits and coaching sessions across dealerships to enforce policy adherence.
• Create and monitor action plans addressing compliance gaps to enhance warranty performance.
• Support the implementation and oversight of Safety Recall Campaigns, Special Service Campaigns, and Customer Satisfaction initiatives.
• Coordinate recovery of parts and liaise with manufacturers on returned components.
• Maintain warranty performance dashboards and regularly report key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with technical and aftersales teams identifying quality issues and recommending process enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong auditing, compliance, and detailed reporting capabilities.

• Ability to interpret technical and warranty documentation.
• Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive sector experience, including 3 to 5 years in warranty administration or related roles.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.

About the Team

Situated within Al-Futtaim Automotive's Distributor Operations team, you will support the Toyota & Lexus Warranty Department. The role requires collaboration with aftersales, technical, and dealership teams spread throughout the UAE to safeguard quality, compliance and efficiency standards aligned with global automotive benchmarks.
