- Keep wallet services available and operational with minimal downtime.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, token-related events, and testing activities without disruption.
- Watch internal alerts, work with internal teams and outside parties during incidents, and put protective controls in place.

- Partner with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related user issues.
- Coordinate strategy with stakeholders across departments to address customer pain points and strengthen the product experience.
- Communicate with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders as needed.
- Support business growth by helping drive centralized exchange growth strategy and by shaping or integrating new products to expand market share.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a closely related function.
- At least 8 years of experience in product or operations management.
- Working knowledge of blockchain ecosystems such as EVM, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
- Exposure to on-chain analytics tools, DeFi protocols, and emerging projects.
- Understanding of wallet infrastructure, including nodes, signing services, and custody models such as hardware wallets, MPC, HSM, KSM, and embedded custody.
- Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
- Comfort making decisions under pressure with careful impact assessment.
- Ability to perform well in a high-speed, 24/7 crypto environment, with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
- Experience in traditional finance issuer services and custody is an added advantage.
