About the company
Binance is a major global blockchain ecosystem and the force behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. More than 300 million people across 100+ countries rely on Binance for security, transparent user-fund practices, fast trading infrastructure, deep liquidity, and a broad suite of digital-asset products. Its offerings span trading, finance, education, research, payments, institutional services, Web3 capabilities, and more. The company aims to expand financial inclusion and help advance the freedom of money through digital assets and blockchain technology.
Role overview
Binance is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support continued global growth. The role will cover hiring for a variety of business areas, including Marketing, Payments, Financial Products, Operations, and other key functions. The ideal candidate should be experienced in recruiting across multiple teams and comfortable working closely with hiring managers and business leaders in a high-speed, high-growth environment.
The purpose of this role is to attract, engage, and hire strong talent while building trusted relationships with stakeholders and maintaining a healthy pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for open roles, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring workflow, and supporting offer discussions.
- Create a positive candidate journey from first contact through onboarding.
- Act as a strategic talent partner for the assigned business areas by advising, coaching, and consulting rather than only executing tasks.
- Work with HR colleagues and hiring managers to keep improving the recruitment process.
- Contribute to HR projects and wider people initiatives as needed.
- Keep recruitment systems and HR records organized, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, university outreach, local job fairs, community engagement, and ongoing relationship management with strong candidates for future roles.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably gained in a leading technology company or a recruitment agency.
- Strong English communication skills are required for collaboration with overseas partners and stakeholders; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using modern sourcing and selection approaches, with a proven history of meeting ambitious hiring targets.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Interest in, or curiosity about, the crypto and Web3 space.
Why join
- Help shape the future within a leading blockchain ecosystem.
- Work with high-caliber talent in a global, user-focused organization with a flat structure.
- Take on fast-moving, unique projects with a high degree of autonomy.
- Enjoy a results-oriented environment that supports career progression and continuous learning.
- Receive a competitive salary and company benefits.
- Work-from-home support is available, although arrangements may differ depending on the business team and role requirements.
