Responsibilities

• Assist with global benefits operations including insurance plan renewals, communications, implementations, and special projects such as employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Participate in external market benchmarking surveys; perform data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommend appropriate pay structures or adjustments.
• Manage and consolidate compensation and benefits data; conduct thorough analysis and reporting to provide insights for talent and cost management; design tools or templates to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support end-to-end company-wide compensation review cycles encompassing baseline data preparation, budget estimation, and implementation of allocation and results.

Requirements

• Three to five years of professional experience in compensation and benefits with comprehensive knowledge in the area; experience in HR consulting, technology, internet, or fintech sectors is advantageous.
• Capacity to perform effectively in rapidly changing environments with high responsibility and result-orientation.
• Demonstrates humility, strong critical thinking, proactivity, and a willingness to learn continuously.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities; expert proficiency in Excel, GSuite, and AI-powered tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
• Upholds high ethical standards and integrity.
