The role demands comprehensive knowledge of US labor regulations and HR compliance, backed by strong problem-solving and organizational skills, to efficiently handle diverse HR activities within a dynamic work setting.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Utilize over four years of expertise in US HR operations to manage compliance and operational processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technologies and core Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality while handling sensitive employee-related information.
- Apply excellent communication skills in both written and oral forms to support employee relations and documentation tasks.
- Effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities within a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or allied disciplines.
- Experience in supporting HR functions for US-based employees, including payroll coordination and benefits management.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, or UKG.
