What you will do

• Create and execute a country-level growth strategy that strengthens market position while staying aligned with global priorities and local market realities.
• Make sure operations comply with local rules and work with legal teams to meet all regulatory standards, including documentation and approval submissions.
• Build productive relationships with government representatives, regulators, and industry bodies to support policy engagement and industry-friendly frameworks.
• Explore and convert new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to grow the local user base and expand market reach, while leading market-entry efforts and cross-functional execution.
• Act as the main contact for local stakeholders such as customers, partners, media, and community groups, and represent the company at events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Manage day-to-day operations and P&L, maintain service quality and efficiency, track performance, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior management capacity, ideally in a similar environment, with proven success in regulatory navigation, government relations, policy engagement, market expansion, and business development.
• Strong leadership and people-management ability, with a track record of guiding and energizing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to represent the organization confidently in public and with external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to study market data and trends to shape strategic decisions.
• An entrepreneurial mindset; you should be a self-driven owner who can build and operate an innovative, sustainable business with limited direction.
• Genuine interest in crypto and digital assets, with the motivation to contribute to long-term industry transformation.
