- Work with legal and compliance teams to meet local regulatory requirements, prepare filings, and manage approvals with relevant authorities.
- Develop strong connections with government stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies to support policy advocacy and constructive regulatory outcomes.
- Spot new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that expand the user base and business footprint; lead market-entry initiatives and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Act as the main contact for local stakeholders, including customers, partners, media, and community groups, while representing the company at events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Own P&L performance and daily operations, monitor business metrics, manage budgets, and drive ongoing operational improvements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior management capacity with relevant exposure to regulation, government relations, policy stakeholders, market expansion, and business development.
- Strong leadership and team-building ability, with a proven capacity to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for external representation, public speaking, and stakeholder management.
- Good analytical ability to interpret market trends and data and turn them into effective strategic plans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Genuine interest in crypto and digital assets and the motivation to contribute to long-term industry change.
