Role Overview

We seek a skilled Recruiter to support our global growth initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist position primarily focuses on hiring for corporate and business roles including Business Development, Marketing, and Operations. This role’s core objective is to attract, hire, and retain top talent while building robust hiring pipelines and fostering productive relationships with business units.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from introduction through onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to continually enhance recruitment procedures.
• Participate in or drive diverse HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting databases accurately and promptly.
• Establish and sustain a talent pipeline via community networking, university outreach, attendance at job fairs, and nurturing relationships with quality candidates for future opportunities.

Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably at top-tier internet companies or agencies.
• Experience hiring corporate/business talent in Web3 or crypto sectors is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is essential for liaising with international stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient with contemporary sourcing and candidate selection methods.
• Experience in global or Asian market mapping.
• Proven success meeting ambitious hiring targets.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and consulting.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to operate autonomously.
• Positive attitude toward cryptocurrency industry.
