Role summary
The Senior Vice President of Operations Excellence will lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, build strong execution systems, and support continuous improvement. This executive will create and oversee an operational excellence framework, drive digital transformation, improve how resources are allocated, and strengthen the organization’s ability to deliver on strategic goals.
The position is designed to increase cost control, improve business value, and raise overall execution performance through structured management, data-based decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the operational excellence strategy and annual execution roadmap.
- Create standards, workflows, and evaluation systems for operations management.
- Ensure operational plans are aligned with broader business goals.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, with preference for Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar disciplines.
Applicants should bring more than 20 years of experience in corporate operations management, process optimization, or business transformation, along with 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale organizations.
Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level operating systems is essential. Familiarity with lean management, process re-engineering, and digital operations methods is also expected.
Strong strategic planning ability, execution leadership, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to integrate resources across functions and communicate effectively at the executive level.
