This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who can design and deliver growth-focused marketing programs across both B2B and B2C audiences. The role blends senior-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with responsibility for demand generation, brand development, and digital performance in a fully remote setting. You will help expand market reach, improve customer acquisition, and establish scalable marketing processes while operating with lean resources. The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable turning marketing plans into measurable business results.
Accountabilities
- Create and run a full-scale marketing plan aligned to business goals, with a focus on generating qualified leads and supporting steady growth across B2B and B2C segments.
- Direct and improve digital marketing efforts such as SEO, paid search, content, email, and social media to increase visibility and attract customers.
- Craft clear value propositions that sharpen market positioning and help the business stand out from competitors.
- Review acquisition channels, campaign outcomes, and performance data to raise return on investment while staying within limited budgets.
- Study market patterns and customer behavior in the US to keep campaigns competitive, relevant, and effective.
- Work with cross-functional partners to create content that supports sales, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Manage marketing systems, automation tools, CRM connections, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and nurture prospects.
- Track industry changes and new technologies to refine strategy and uncover additional growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading B2B and/or B2C marketing programs, ideally with strong exposure to the US market.
- Proven capability across digital channels including SEO, paid media, content, email, and social strategy.
- Track record of improving marketing results and lead generation while operating under tight budget constraints.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion improvement, and the end-to-end customer journey.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and related marketing technologies.
- Excellent ability to interpret data, build reports, and turn insights into strategic action.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with at least 5 hours of overlap with EST business hours.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with workflow automation, virtual assistant services, or remote workforce solutions is a plus.
Benefits
- 100% remote role with an all-online working setup.
- Full-time employment.
- Flexible schedule, provided there is at least a 5-hour overlap with EST business hours.
- Senior leadership position with meaningful strategic influence.
- Chance to build and scale marketing operations that have visible business impact.
- Collaborative, outcome-driven remote team environment.
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing approaches in the US market.
- Opportunity to work with modern marketing technology, automation, and data-led decision making.
