  • Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards that measure impact across campaigns, channels, sales funnels, pipelines, and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate priorities, decision-making, execution plans, and measurable results among creative, content, digital marketing, and marketing operations leads.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Between 8 and 12+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on pipeline-driven environments with responsibility for strategy, campaign delivery, and business impact measurement.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams including creative, content, digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle management, and marketing operations.
  • Proven expertise in defining CRM, lifecycle, funnel, and attribution approaches using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable automation and CRM platforms.
  • Track record of effective collaboration with Sales, Growth, or Revenue teams to align pipeline objectives with marketing planning, reporting, and campaign prioritization.
  • Portfolio evidencing marketing dashboards, attribution methods, funnel analysis, campaign plans, or performance insights used to guide strategic decisions.
  • Experience presenting complex marketing strategies, performance data, and resource prioritization to senior leadership.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency and enthusiasm for integrating AI tools in daily marketing processes.
  • Experience with account-based marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing strategies in a B2B setting.
  • Skill in refining lead scoring, segmentation, nurture campaigns, lifecycle journeys, or marketing automation sequences.

  • Experience establishing operating rhythms, intake procedures, or cross-functional planning frameworks for marketing teams.
