About 360 LeadHERship

360 LeadHERship, founded by Lucy Gernon, is an acclaimed leadership development firm dedicated to empowering senior women leaders worldwide. Central to its offerings is the 3SIXTY Leaders Club, a premium CPD-accredited membership designed for women in business leadership and CEOs. The company also provides executive coaching, corporate training, a popular podcast, and live events. The business is profitable, well-regarded, and expanding.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager position is a part-time, remote role (Ireland preferred) on a rolling contract basis. This key position partners closely with the CEO to steer and execute the marketing strategy, owning the entire marketing function. The main objectives are to enhance audience growth, increase brand visibility, and create a consistent flow of leads fueling sales across various products. As a hands-on role within a lean, dynamic team, the marketing leader will both strategize and directly implement growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and assess the work of the marketing team and external contractors, prioritizing tasks and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Develop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy and growth targets, managing a small team to expand audience reach and generate qualified leads through the funnel.
  • Take full ownership of monthly marketing performance and growth metrics.
  • Drive visibility and expansion across diverse channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, email, podcast, website, and the founder’s external engagements such as PR and media appearances.
  • Build and cultivate the audience and email list to sustain a healthy, growing sales pipeline.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance data critically to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the founder.
  • Engage in hands-on execution including campaign management, funnel setup, and AI-assisted content creation as necessary.
  • Monitor and report progress against targets, proactively suggesting what to optimize, scale, or discontinue.

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Proven senior marketing background (e.g., Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager) with a strong record of meeting commercial objectives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify key insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience marketing service-oriented businesses like coaching, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proficiency across social media and digital platforms with clear understanding of organic, email, and paid marketing interplay to drive conversions.
  • Skilled in creating and optimizing sales funnels and lead generation systems.
  • Creative marketing sense combined with solid commercial judgment.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable advising and challenging the founder directly.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage the function independently.
  • Availability throughout the workweek and responsiveness to a fast-evolving business environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Thrives with autonomy and ownership in running marketing functions.
  • Experienced with Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Familiarity with Kajabi or similar online platforms for funnel and campaign management.
  • Decisive, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives forward independently.
  • Enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced work setting with diverse responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results, not just activity.
  • Excellent communicator who brings energy to their work.
  • Flexible and adaptable, ready to support shifting priorities within a growing small business.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential)

  • Experience marketing personal brands or founder-led businesses.
  • Knowledge of Kajabi or comparable membership and funnel platforms.
  • Background in online coaching, membership, or professional development sectors.
  • Understanding of professional women leaders and CEOs as target audiences.

Terms and Working Conditions

  • Appointment is fractional/contract, part-time role.
  • Approximate commitment of 15 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling; focus is on delivery and outcomes rather than time logged.
  • Work spread across the week with two standing weekly meetings with the founder.
  • Remote position, preferably based in Ireland to allow occasional in-person meetings, though location is flexible.
  • Rolling contract with a performance evaluation after 90 days.
  • Rate is competitive and commensurate with experience.
