Talent Sourcer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our team on a contract basis, working remotely within the United States. This role involves conducting preliminary candidate evaluations and phone screening while assessing qualifications against established hiring benchmarks. The Talent Sourcer will work in close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to efficiently identify top-tier candidates. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, excellent organizational abilities, and analytical skills, enabling them to handle a high volume of applicants and create scalable screening methods. This role also involves using data-driven techniques to enhance recruiting outcomes, working closely with internal stakeholders throughout the applicant evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to devise sourcing strategies addressing both current and future hiring needs.
• Explore and implement innovative talent pipeline development methods across multiple recruitment channels.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates from various backgrounds and experiences.
• Identify candidates from networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals, and passive channels through extensive research and networking.
• Create detailed plans including deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking mechanisms.
• Produce and present sourcing strategy reports grounded in market research with clear deliverables and timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing, preferably within high-volume recruitment environments.
• Proven background in sourcing/recruiting within agencies, technology, or automotive sectors.
• Consistent record of surpassing expectations and achieving recruitment goals.
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities emphasizing quality candidate identification.
• Familiarity with multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, and Greenhouse.

Additional Information

• Contract duration is from August 31, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with potential extension.
• Location: Remote within the United States.
• Compensation is $33 per hour on a W2 basis.
