Job Opportunity
This role offers a unique chance to join early and fully own the recruitment function, eventually advancing into a Head of Talent position within one to two years. You will oversee end-to-end hiring, manage external recruitment partners, and establish structured hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment efforts for various open positions, collaborating with external recruitment agencies.
- Identify and source top candidates by mapping optimal talent pools for each role.
- Develop detailed candidate profiles and transparent evaluation benchmarks to assess candidate strengths.
- Work closely with company founders to refine sourcing strategies, enhancing outreach and communication speed.
- Transition recruitment from a primarily intuition-driven process to a systematic, scalable operation supporting company growth.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related disciplines; highly motivated candidates with internship experience may also be considered.
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture capital environments, or quantitative talent sourcing approaches.
- A strong commitment to focusing on talent acquisition and progressing towards a Head of Talent role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Preferably experience working in early-stage startups, venture capital firms, or recruitment-specialized organizations.
