Role Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Engineering positions, which comprises roughly 70% of your focus, including intake through offer acceptance.
- Recruit additional essential roles such as Product Managers, Platform Engineers, Performance Consultants, and other specialist functions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans, provide market insights, and ensure top-quality hiring decisions.
- Actively source, engage, and attract outstanding talent while maintaining strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future needs.
- Ensure excellent candidate experiences through structured, inclusive, and efficient hiring processes.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and market data to continually enhance hiring effectiveness, process improvements, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle talent acquisition, with proven expertise hiring for Engineering and other technical roles.
- Advanced sourcing and headhunting capabilities with skill in engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting abilities, confidently influencing hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Strong data orientation, leveraging recruitment analytics and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and improve results.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building strengths, able to succeed in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is between CAD 90,000 and 110,000 annually.
