Position Summary

Upgrade Minds is seeking a self-driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization. This fully remote, senior role is designed for professionals with a track record of taking ownership and delivering excellent hiring results. With a minimum of five years in full-cycle recruitment, the ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing and closing candidates for challenging and specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment workflow from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions.
  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Engage passive candidates not actively looking for roles.
  • Conduct applicant screening and structured interviews.
  • Manage the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Lead salary negotiations and employment offer discussions.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Develop talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Proven success hiring for senior, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Competent in candidate screening and conducting professional interviews.
  • Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers.
  • Skilled in developing recruiting strategies and building candidate pipelines.
  • Expertise in negotiating competitive compensation packages.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to track and report on recruiting performance metrics.
  • Capacity to handle multiple openings and tight deadlines effectively.
  • Prior experience working independently in a fully remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary between $120,000 and $135,000, with a premium potential range from $135,000 to $155,000.
  • Annual performance bonus target of 20% of base salary.
  • Total cash compensation can reach up to $186,000 per year.
