The role is fully remote and emphasizes exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of agency recruiting experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record recruiting healthcare professionals, particularly within the medical device sector.
• Experience placing medical sales representatives, engineers, and clinical staff is considered advantageous.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and maintain a competitive mindset.
• Comfortable managing tasks independently to meet company performance metrics.

Compensation and Additional Details

• Full-time position offering a base salary between $60,000 and $80,000 annually, plus commission opportunities.
• Top performers have the potential to earn in excess of $120,000 yearly, with no earning cap.
