Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for clinician roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with client practices on candidate selection.
• Conduct rigorous, structured candidate assessments covering state licensure, specialty focus, DEA and CSR status, supervision requirements, and clinical availability.
• Provide honest advice to candidates about job fit, market conditions, and licensure pathways, even when the role may not suit them.
• Effectively represent client practices by communicating care models, patient demographics, growth opportunities, and work nature.
• Negotiate compensation packages, prepare and extend employment offers with professionalism.
• Ensure swift recruitment processes without compromising quality, minimizing open position vacancies.
• When required, guide candidates through agreement signing and CAQH attestation in coordination with Credentialing, Licensing, and Onboarding departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records, including candidate pipeline status, communication logs, reasons for declines, and availability for start dates, supporting leadership reporting.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in full-cycle recruitment or equivalent clinical staffing or healthcare sales roles.
• Strong ability to judge the quality and suitability of clinician candidates from resumes and screening calls or interviews.
• Exceptional clear communication with candidates and proactive follow-up skills without needing reminders.
• Comfort handling a high-volume recruitment environment with strict attention to recordkeeping.
• Capability to accurately promote client practice opportunities without exaggeration.
• Preferred experience includes clinical or telehealth recruitment, understanding of multi-state licensure, interstate compacts, supervision and collaboration rules, and DEA/CSR registrations.
• Familiarity with advanced applicant tracking systems and working closely with credentialing/licensing teams is an advantage.

Career Path

Levels begin with Associate Recruiter, who manages a defined requisition load closely supported and learns the field; progresses to Recruiter, who independently handles full desk and client relationships; and advances to Senior Recruiter, who leads specialty vertical sourcing strategy and sets higher screening standards.
