Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Campus Recruiter to join our team in Singapore. This position requires managing comprehensive campus recruiting efforts with a strong focus on sourcing and engaging top technical talent across APAC universities. The role encompasses talent attraction, relationship building with university stakeholders, and managing interview and offer processes to onboard exceptional candidates. It offers significant autonomy, ownership, and opportunity to shape HRT’s campus recruitment strategies while being supported by a global, cooperative team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Source and engage highly capable technical students at campuses throughout APAC.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key university personnel through events, info sessions, and networking to promote HRT as a premier employer.
- Travel frequently to various campuses to host recruiting activities and represent HRT's brand.
- Plan and execute all logistics for recruitment events end to end.
- Work with Recruiting Coordinators to design interview workflows that effectively identify top talent.
- Manage the interview experience ensuring candidate satisfaction and continuously improve evaluation processes with stakeholder collaboration.
- Support the internship program by maintaining strong intern relations and coordinating evaluations with mentors and hiring managers.
- Engage with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, refine interviewing methods, and uphold a high standard in hiring.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting, university relations, program or event management, or related fields.
- Mandarin language skills are highly advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting workflows aimed at selective academic or technical talent pools.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and analytics/reporting software.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and adeptness in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and balancing several competing priorities under tight deadlines.
