Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Product Recruitment

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in product recruitment to join a Financial Services client in North York, Ontario. You will report directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and play a vital role in expanding our services organization by recruiting senior-level product professionals across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for product-related roles including Product Managers and Product Designers across corporate and agency settings.
• Maintain relationships and provide strategic advice to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite proficiently, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Workday ATS is advantageous.
• Collaborate with leadership teams locally, regionally, and globally to identify talent needs and implement creative acquisition strategies.
• Develop and execute innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse candidates and build talent pipelines for critical and ongoing roles.
• Create targeted recruitment strategies customized for specific product teams using internal and external market intelligence.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience conducting end-to-end recruitment for product and technical positions including Product Managers and Product Designers.
• Skilled in managing 20 or more concurrent requisitions.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate sourcing expertise.
• Background in both in-house and agency recruitment environments.
• Preferred experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Banking recruitment sectors.
• Knowledge of Workday recruiting software is a plus.

Compensation and Terms

The position offers an hourly wage estimated between $40 to $43 on T4 or $45 to $50 on Incorporated contract basis. The initial contract spans 6+ months with potential for extension and conversion to permanent role. Work arrangement is hybrid requiring three days onsite in North York, ON.
