Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Talent Sourcer who will be responsible for identifying and attracting high-quality candidates for various positions. This role involves proactive strategy development, market analysis, and the use of inventive sourcing approaches to support recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement sourcing plans to connect with both active and passive candidates using diverse channels.
Apply advanced search methods such as Boolean searches and social media platforms to locate potential applicants.
Establish and preserve a strong pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring demands.
Collaborate with recruiters to fully understand job criteria and target candidate profiles.
Conduct preliminary evaluations of candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural compatibility.
Stay informed on industry trends and market competition to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates ensuring a positive experience throughout the sourcing process.

Qualifications

Documented experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or comparable roles within dynamic environments.
Thorough knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruitment, and talent mapping.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging candidates and fostering connections.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Capability to operate independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Analytical skills pertinent to sourcing metrics and reporting.
