Job description

About ASOS

ASOS is a global fashion e-commerce brand serving style-conscious customers around the world. The company aims to help people feel confident expressing who they are, while also encouraging employees to bring their individuality and creativity to work.

ASOS is committed to being disability confident. If you need reasonable adjustments during the hiring process, you can inform the talent team.

Role overview

The Talent Assistant plays a key operational role in delivering ASOS’s creator and talent activity across campaigns, always-on social content, Brand Heat, VIP initiatives, gifting, product seeding, shoots, events and cultural moments.

This position keeps the talent function running efficiently by supporting outreach, coordination, product requests, logistics, reporting and day-to-day administration. The role also helps the team stay connected to rising creators, fashion trends and platform behaviour.

This is a strong opportunity for an organised, proactive person who is genuinely interested in fashion, creators, social media and culture, and who wants to help influence how ASOS appears in talent-led moments.

Talent and creator support

  • Assist in delivering creator and talent activity across campaigns, always-on content, Brand Heat, VIP, gifting and social-first activations.
  • Help with research, outreach, onboarding, scheduling, briefing and campaign completion for creators and talent.
  • Coordinate creators, influencers, stylists, VIPs and talent across shoots, events, launches, social content and product features.
  • Support the team in spotting new creators, social platform trends and culturally relevant opportunities for ASOS.

Gifting, product seeding and logistics

  • Support gifting and product seeding for influencers, creators, stylists, VIPs, editors and other key industry contacts.
  • Manage product selection, sample requests, shipping, delivery tracking, returns and follow-up communication.
  • Keep gifting trackers, product records and recipient databases accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure seeding activity aligns with ASOS’s styling point of view, brand direction and cultural relevance.

Campaign and shoot coordination

  • Assist with talent coordination for campaign shoots, premium social shoots, events, activations and content production.
  • Prepare talent briefs, schedules, call sheets, product pulls, contracts, usage documents, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate talent needs with Social, Brand Heat, PR, Creative, Casting, Production and Paid teams.
  • Provide support on set, in showrooms or at events when needed, helping create a positive ASOS experience for talent and partners.

Reporting, tracking and administration

  • Track talent and creator activity across social and campaign channels.
  • Support reporting on reach, engagement, organic posts, tags, content delivery, brand visibility and campaign support.
  • Maintain talent databases, campaign trackers, contact lists, status documents and reporting files.
  • Assist with competitor research, social listening and trend monitoring to identify strong creators and effective content formats.

Cross-functional ways of working

  • Partner closely with the Talent, Social, Brand Heat, PR, Paid, Creative and Brand Marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Keep actions, deadlines and approvals clearly tracked and followed up.
  • Represent ASOS professionally when communicating with creators, talent, agents, stylists and external partners.
  • Help ensure consistency in how ASOS is presented across all creator and talent touchpoints.

Candidate profile

ASOS is looking for a highly organised, proactive team player with a real interest in talent, creators, fashion and social media. You should understand major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and have awareness of emerging creator channels.

Strong communication skills are important, as is the confidence to work with internal teams and external partners. The role also calls for excellent administration, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several deadlines at once.

You should be comfortable working with trackers, documents, briefs, schedules, invoices and reporting tools, and bring a positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.

Additional information

  • Employee discount is included.
  • Access to employee sample sales is provided.
  • Annual leave includes 25 paid days, plus one additional celebration day for a special occasion.
  • Private medical care scheme is offered.
  • A fixed annual payment is paid on top of salary each year as an additional thank-you.
  • There are opportunities for personalised learning and in-the-moment experiences to help you grow and perform in the role.
