  • Develop and sustain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a clear, supportive, and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with internal teams on workforce planning and provide input on hiring priorities, market conditions, and talent supply.
  • Regularly assess recruitment workflows, tools, and practices to improve efficiency, speed, and overall quality of hires.
  • Keep up with talent acquisition trends and apply modern practices that improve hiring results and strengthen the employer brand.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with significant exposure to senior-level or specialized hiring in competitive markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and onboarding of strong candidates.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence decisions, advise stakeholders, and build confidence with candidates.
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities, including managing several open roles at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools to manage pipelines and hiring activities.
  • Solid business understanding and the ability to turn workforce requirements into practical hiring actions.
  • High emotional intelligence and a consistent ability to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Independent, proactive, and resourceful work style, paired with strong collaboration skills.

  • Competitive yearly compensation based on experience and market standards.
  • Fully remote flexibility for candidates within Canada, supporting better work-life balance.
  • A full benefits package that includes health and wellness coverage.
  • An annual budget for professional development to encourage ongoing learning and growth.
  • Exposure to multiple industries, which can broaden skills quickly and support career progression.
