Role Overview
Join Roche Diagnostics New Zealand as a Strategic Key Account Manager based in Auckland, where you will help shape the future of healthcare by spearheading impactful partnerships that elevate patient care across New Zealand. This role blends sales acumen with data analytics to achieve superior commercial outcomes through insightful market analysis and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture key account relationships including contract oversight, business reviews, and overcoming commercial challenges.
- Analyze customer organizations comprehensively to discover opportunities and integrate valuable insights into the broader strategic objectives of RDNZ.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional client value.
- Maintain Roche’s standards for documentation, compliance, health, safety, and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
You are proactive, ambitious, and eager to grow your career within a dynamic global organization. You excel at relationship-building in complex environments with a mindset geared towards growth and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or account management.
- Tertiary qualification in Science, Business, or a combination thereof is preferred.
- Knowledge of the New Zealand laboratory landscape and Roche diagnostic offerings is advantageous.
- Competent in CRM and data tools such as Salesforce (Rexis), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team influence skills without formal authority.
- Willingness to travel within New Zealand and occasionally internationally.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
