Role Overview
We seek a Head of Category and Revenue Strategy responsible for steering Revenue Management and Category initiatives at DB Breweries and Star Hospitality. This senior leadership position reports to the Sales Director and is a key member of the Sales Leadership Team. The role focuses on generating profitable growth through pricing strategies, promotions, portfolio management, category development, and insightful commercial analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Revenue Management and Category Strategy for DB and Star Hospitality
- Create and implement long-term growth strategies for Beer, Ready-To-Drink (RTD) beverages, and Cider
- Manage pricing, promotional activities, trade investments, and portfolio optimization
- Analyze data and market insights to formulate actionable commercial recommendations
- Collaborate extensively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other senior stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Category and Revenue Management team
Experience and Skills Required
- Over 15 years of experience in Category Management, Revenue Management, and Sales within the FMCG sector
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strong commercial results and managing P&L
- In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, category growth strategies, and customer engagement
- Exceptional leadership abilities with strong stakeholder influence and management
- Advanced analytical skills with a keen ability to convert data into effective business actions
