The Healthcare Systems Partner (HSP) is a leader who represents Roche locally, working closely with healthcare stakeholders such as policymakers, regulators, and payers. This role identifies shared objectives, co-develops, and executes solutions within healthcare ecosystems to positively impact many patients. The HSP is responsible for driving change and improving health outcomes sustainably across the healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare system stakeholders to promote innovation and generate value for both society and the ecosystem.
- Identify, map, engage, and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders within the ecosystem.
- Act as the trusted primary liaison between Roche and stakeholders, communicating their vision and securing resources for solution advancement.
- Follow the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) framework, serving as a catalyst and mentor internally and externally.
- Leverage local and network resources, cooperating with other Healthcare Systems Partners and Patient Journey Partners as required.
- Analyze individual healthcare ecosystems to detect broader patterns and trends.
- Introduce external insights to influence Roche's strategies and share Roche's knowledge and expertise within the healthcare community.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Pharmacy; advanced degrees in Life Sciences or an MBA are advantageous.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Market Access is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems including governance, processes, policies, access, and pricing strategies.
- Proven capabilities in customer engagement and managing complex projects effectively.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with strengths in strategic planning and collaboration.
- Strong systems thinking and active listening skills; empathetic leadership responsive to team dynamics.
- Solid business understanding relating to commercialization and customer experience, utilizing innovative approaches and digital tools.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
