About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Marketing Manager based in Ireland to join a dynamic remote team. This role plays a pivotal part in steering product direction, driving customer adoption, and contributing to overall business growth. You will lead the development of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge product features, working collaboratively with Product, Growth, and various cross-functional teams from ideation through launch. The impact of your work will be seen in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by creating compelling narratives grounded in thorough market insights and customer research.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for new features and improvements.
- Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies involving multiple channels such as content, social media, in-product messaging, press releases, events, and other marketing activities.
- Partner closely with Product Managers throughout the product life cycle to influence both feature development and market preparedness.
- Perform competitive analyses, customer research, and market evaluations to discover growth potential and enhance product differentiation.
- Collaborate with Growth and other cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to long-term retention and engagement.
- Contribute strategically to packaging, pricing, and feature decisions to maximize product value and business results.
- Regularly track campaign outcomes and customer feedback, leveraging insights and data to improve marketing effectiveness and increase product adoption.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Marketing within fast-paced, product-driven SaaS companies.
- Proven track record in developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that yield measurable business success.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Growth.
- Analytical aptitude to convert customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messages tailored for customers.
- Background or exposure to fintech, payments, marketplaces, or related technology sectors is a plus.
- Knowledge of the short-term rental market or hosting experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in collaborating effectively within fully remote, internationally distributed teams across US and EMEA time zones.
