Position Overview
This opportunity is for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist under an 8-month contract with the possibility of extension, operating remotely within Australia. The role focuses on shaping worldwide recruitment strategies in a dynamic and fast-expanding international organization, managing the entire recruitment cycle across multiple countries and diverse job functions, especially targeting outstanding education sector professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment phases including gathering role requirements, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and assessments, handling offer processes, and coordinating onboarding transitions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define clear role expectations, candidate profiles, and agree on successful hiring goals.
- Spearhead international sourcing initiatives, with emphasis on educational roles, to identify and attract qualified talent across several markets.
- Establish and nurture proactive talent pipelines for crucial roles, specific geographies, and targeted candidate groups to anticipate future hiring demands.
- Implement tailored sourcing strategies utilizing international professional networks, niche communities, specialist job boards, and cutting-edge recruitment channels.
- Integrate AI-driven recruitment technologies throughout sourcing, candidate research, personalized outreach, screening, and pipeline tracking.
- Constantly assess and refine recruitment workflows, tools, and methodologies to boost effectiveness and enrich candidate experiences.
- Ensure meticulous records within applicant tracking systems, providing transparent data on recruitment pipelines and performance.
- Deliver superior candidate engagement by maintaining prompt communications, structured interview processes, impartial evaluations, and openness in hiring decisions.
- Share insights on market dynamics, sourcing patterns, and recruitment intelligence to enhance employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience managing full recruitment cycles, preferably within international or multi-country environments.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting educational professionals across various regions, along with an understanding of global talent communities and market trends.
- Familiarity with contemporary recruitment approaches including proactive sourcing, pipeline building, engaging candidates, and data-informed hiring.
- Experience using AI-enabled recruiting technologies and a proactive attitude towards adopting emerging tools for recruitment enhancement.
- Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple concurrent searches, maintain orderliness, and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Analytical mindset to monitor and assess recruitment metrics such as quality of pipelines, time-to-fill, and hiring results.
- Excellent communication skills conducive to effective collaboration across different cultures, time zones, and remote work settings.
- Fluent English proficiency; additional languages aligned with international market needs are a plus.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced setting with evolving priorities, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in addressing recruitment challenges.
