About the Role
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner company seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Ireland for an 8-month contract with possible extension. The role involves leading global recruitment strategies within a rapidly expanding international setting, managing the complete recruitment cycle across various countries and job functions, with a strong focus on sourcing outstanding education sector professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including role intake, candidate sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and assessments, offer negotiation, and transition to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop candidate profiles, and align on desired hiring outcomes.
- Design and lead international sourcing strategies, emphasizing education-focused positions by identifying and engaging qualified candidates across multiple countries.
- Create and nurture proactive talent pools for key roles, locations, and communities to forecast future hiring needs.
- Develop targeted sourcing tactics utilizing global professional networks, specialized communities, relevant job boards, and innovative recruitment channels.
- Utilize AI-driven recruiting tools throughout the hiring stages including sourcing, candidate analysis, personalized outreach, screening, and pipeline management.
- Continuously optimize recruitment workflows, tools, and processes to boost efficiency and enrich candidate experiences.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, ensure reliable recruitment data; provide insights into pipeline performance.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience by maintaining timely communications, conducting structured interviews, applying consistent evaluations, and transparent decision making.
- Share insights on market dynamics, sourcing trends, and recruitment intelligence to bolster employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably within international or multi-country contexts.
- Proven record sourcing and recruiting education professionals across diverse regions with a good grasp of international talent markets and communities.
- Deep understanding of contemporary recruitment methodologies including proactive sourcing, talent pipeline cultivation, candidate relationship management, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience deploying AI-enabled recruiting tools and an eagerness to adopt new technologies enhancing recruitment efficacy.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple recruitment assignments efficiently while adhering to structured processes and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to track and interpret recruitment performance metrics such as pipeline quality, time-to-fill, and hiring success rates.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across various cultures, time zones, and remote setups.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages relevant to global markets is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment requiring adaptability and creativity in overcoming recruitment challenges.
