Job description

About the Company

Hims & Hers is a health and wellness platform focused on making better care more affordable, more accessible, and more personal. The company aims to improve health outcomes by offering customized support across the full journey, from diagnosis through treatment and delivery. It is a public company listed on the NYSE under the ticker HIMS.

The organization is known for a flexible, remote-friendly approach and a people-first culture that values benefits, belonging, and well-being.

About the Role

Hims & Hers is hiring a Senior Manager, Partnerships Marketing to lead two major growth channels: a mature affiliate program and a fast-growing influencer function. This is a high-impact role that combines strategy and hands-on execution, with responsibility for building the systems, processes, and partner relationships needed to scale performance over time.

You will be part of the Partnerships & Affiliates team within Growth Marketing and report to the Director, Partnerships & Affiliates. The role works closely with analytics, legal, paid social, and data engineering, and also helps shape channel direction in areas such as AI-enabled tooling, attribution approach, and development of new partner categories.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the direction for the affiliate program and own its performance, while managing the agency responsible for recruitment, activation, and optimization across content, loyalty, cashback, comparison, and performance publishers.
  • Hold the agency accountable to channel KPIs and ensure day-to-day execution supports broader business goals.
  • Identify and assess new partnership opportunities in emerging areas such as employer benefits portals, closed-group benefits portals, co-branded integrations, and creator-adjacent models, then recommend the best opportunities based on growth potential and quality.
  • Oversee partner placements and creative operations, including asset coordination, partner briefings, and review cycles.
  • Track program health carefully and act quickly when performance or compliance thresholds are exceeded, including escalation through legal and operations channels when appropriate.
  • Work with analytics and data engineering teams to strengthen attribution accuracy and troubleshoot pipeline issues that affect measurement.
  • Coordinate with legal on compliance requirements, data-sharing agreements, and other contractual matters tied to program management.
  • Support the influencer channel through contract renewals, scope negotiation, syndication rights, whitelisting terms, and paid amplification workflows that move creator content into Meta paid social.
  • Contribute to performance analysis of influencer creative to determine which talent, formats, and messages are most effective for acquisition.
  • Lead or assist with cross-functional initiatives that expand the affiliate channel through influencer, paid social, and brand partnership integrations.
  • Develop and test new ideas, then move strong hypotheses from experiment to scaled execution.

What You Bring

  • 7 to 8 years of marketing experience, with strong depth in affiliate marketing, ideally in a performance or acquisition-driven environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with platforms and mechanics such as Impact, tracking setup, attribution windows, and data passback flows.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort building programs without an established playbook and operating effectively in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong negotiation ability with experience creating agreements that balance partner value and company goals.
  • A highly analytical approach, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent the brand externally and work well with senior cross-functional partners.
  • A proactive, accountable, collaborative mindset and a desire to build meaningful programs from the ground up.
  • Interest in or familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools, especially as they apply to affiliate optimization and measurement.

Benefits

Full-time employees may receive competitive salary and equity, unlimited PTO, company holidays, quarterly mental health days, medical/dental/vision coverage, parental leave, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, 401(k) matching, and offsite team retreats.
