Role Summary

The Product Marketing Manager role is a full-time position based in Conover, NC, offering a hybrid work arrangement with some flexibility to work remotely. This role entails creating and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the company’s upholstered furniture collections. Daily tasks involve market and competitive research, collaborating with product management on product development initiatives, and producing marketing materials to support sales efforts and highlight product benefits.

The manager will coordinate closely with sales teams, design partners, and retail channels to promote product adoption, obtain customer and partner feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly. Responsibilities also include overseeing product launches, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring brand consistency throughout all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis to gauge customer needs and industry trends.
  • Experienced in shaping and executing go-to-market plans and product marketing strategies.
  • Background involving product management and collaboration across design, operations, and sales functions.
  • Skilled in sales enablement through developing supportive tools, presentations, and training programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to clearly articulate technical product features into compelling value propositions.
  • Adept at data analysis and utilizing marketing and CRM software to track product performance and guide decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or an equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in furniture, home goods, or luxury consumer product sectors is advantageous.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and working effectively in a hybrid work environment, with diverse teams and stakeholders.
