About the Role
The Social Media Specialist will oversee the daily scheduling, publication, monitoring, and analysis of social media content across the organization's various brand channels. This position ensures timely and accurate dissemination of approved material, tracks audience engagement and feedback, scans trends and key conversations, and compiles performance reports aimed at boosting content impact and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the publishing calendar across all social media platforms.
- Publish curated and approved content accurately and punctually on multiple channels.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic and motion designers, and the creative team to prepare content for release.
- Monitor social networks including comments, mentions, direct messages, and overall audience response.
- Identify trending topics and conversations relevant to content strategy.
- Develop regular performance reports analyzing key indicators such as reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, follower growth, and overall content effectiveness.
- Offer insights and actionable recommendations to enhance future content strategies.
- Maintain and update content schedules consistently.
- Ensure all delivered content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and platform specifications.
- Support campaign launches and urgent publishing needs with agility and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and address content clarifications promptly.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar function.
- Strong knowledge of major social media sites such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting social media content.
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and derive performance insights.
- Excellent attention to detail regarding captions, visuals, links, tags, and formatting.
- Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
- Capability to handle multiple brand accounts and content calendars simultaneously.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing urgent publishing requirements.
- Fluent in Arabic and English communication.
- Organized, proactive, and dependable work ethic.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in monitoring and reporting social media performance with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.
- Keen understanding of Saudi social media culture and platform-specific behaviors.

- Experience in B2B, fintech, technology, logistics, or commerce sectors is advantageous.
