Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire publishing process across multiple social platforms, ensuring timeliness, correctness, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with content teams including filming, editing, and design; ready to contribute hands-on when needed.
- Customize each piece of content for its specific platform addressing captions, formats, feed behavior, and structure to ensure suitability before going live.
- Manage the content calendar to maintain a balanced mix of ongoing, campaign-related, and responsive content.
- Monitor online conversations, identify trending topics, relevant engagement opportunities, and maintain prompt, on-brand responses.
- Analyze engagement, reach, retention, and click-through rates (CTR) to provide actionable feedback on what to enhance, eliminate, or increase.
- Support content publishing and localization across different markets to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness globally.
- Streamline publishing workflows and approval processes by identifying inefficiencies and minimizing rework.
Candidate Profile
- Essential agency background with hands-on social media publishing experience.
- In-depth expertise with TikTok, Instagram/META, YouTube/Shorts, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Up to date with platform algorithms, user behaviors, best practices, and evolving trends.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume publishing across diverse platforms and geographic areas.
- Strong calendar management skills capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines without error.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and community management software.
- Experience working on creator campaigns, ranging from large-scale influencers to user-generated content.
- High attention to detail covering accuracy, formatting, and timing.
- Confident handling of performance metrics and ability to translate data into strategic guidance.
- Excellent coordinator across creative, strategy, data, and client teams ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
- Background in social media management and content publishing; experience in consumer goods or FMCG sectors is advantageous.
Additional Information
Formal qualifications are welcome but not mandatory; equivalent experience through work, study, or self-learning is valued.

- 28 days holiday plus a two-week shutdown over Christmas.
