Role Overview

We seek a strategic and highly organized content marketing professional to lead and manage our organic content across social media channels, editorial outputs, and executive thought leadership. This role involves hands-on work to devise strategy, implement actionable content calendars, and oversee the entire content lifecycle from ideation through production and publication.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content and social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Create original content by writing briefs, developing compelling hooks, and converting trends into brand-aligned material informed by data.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, creators, and writers to meet deadlines.
  • Plan, create, and manage a comprehensive content calendar and posting schedule for all channels.
  • Conduct community management by responding to comments and direct messages, handling feedback professionally.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that is sharp, intelligent, and humorous, adapting tone appropriately for each platform.
  • Continuously stay informed about platform-specific trends and nuances to optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on messaging, campaigns, and consistent brand voice execution.
  • Gain and apply knowledge of real estate market trends by utilizing data from our proprietary tool, TrueTracts.
  • Write, edit, and schedule blog content, including home-selling guides and market insights, aligning with social campaigns.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar ensuring blog topics align with social promotions.
  • Optimize blog posts for SEO, including keyword integration, meta descriptions, and internal linking strategies.
  • Repurpose content between blog and social posts to reinforce messaging across channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance and web traffic to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing content for brands or companies; experience in real estate or proptech is advantageous.
  • Excellent writing skills for long-form content and social media copy; technical writing experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to speed up content creation without compromising quality.
  • Good visual and design sensibility with familiarity in tools like Canva, Adobe, or equivalents.
  • Comfortable leveraging analytics platforms and reporting performance metrics.
  • Experience professionally managing public comments and reviews.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity
