Social Media Manager (Prediction Markets)

Role overview

Join a stealth-mode team in Singapore to help shape a highly engaging prediction markets brand from the ground up. The role is centered on fast-moving, internet-native marketing: reacting to news as it breaks, building shareable content, and turning every market event into a compelling story that people want to follow.

This position is designed for someone who is deeply immersed in online culture, moves quickly, and can balance entertainment with measurable business impact. You will help define the voice of the business from day one across social platforms and community channels.

What you will do

• Manage and expand the brand’s presence on X, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels where audience attention shifts.
• Respond to breaking news and cultural moments with strong content, often within minutes.
• Produce memes, short videos, threads, polls, infographics, and commentary that encourage sharing and discussion.
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to launch markets tied to politics, crypto, sports, finance, AI, entertainment, and major global events.
• Shape each market into a narrative that builds curiosity, engagement, and participation.
• Spot trending topics early and identify opportunities before they become mainstream.
• Develop connections with creators, influencers, and communities that influence public conversation.
• Test new content styles constantly and use performance data to scale what works best.
• Help position the brand as the place people turn to when something important is happening.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in social media, content, community, or growth-focused marketing.
• Strong copywriting ability, with the judgment to adjust tone for different moments and audiences.
• Deep familiarity with internet culture and the ability to recognize genuinely resonant memes.
• Comfort with staying constantly connected to what is happening across X, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, and similar platforms.
• Ability to work at high speed while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Confidence in making decisions independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Good grasp of analytics and social media performance metrics.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Bonus experience

• Background in startups, media businesses, or other highly engaging content environments.
• Experience growing social accounts with strong engagement.
• Understanding of how prediction markets function, or active use of platforms such as Polymarket or Kalshi.
• Ability to create simple visuals or short-form videos without outside support.
