Role Overview

The Senior Vice President of Operations at Finance&Economy Group (FEG) holds a full-time remote position responsible for guiding the organization's operational strategies and execution. The role focuses on managing key projects including the Private Equity–Venture Capital Conference, ensuring streamlined processes, effective collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational performance and optimize allocation of resources.
Support decision-making related to profit and loss to sustain financial and organizational stability.
Collaborate extensively with leadership teams, faculty, alumni networks, and external partners to improve member experiences and service quality.
Drive ongoing enhancements in systems, workflows, and governance frameworks.
Mentor and lead team members while establishing key performance indicators for operations.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven expertise in operations and project management, including designing and optimizing complex processes and events.
Experience managing profit and loss accounts and strategically allocating resources to promote sustainable growth.
Strong strategic planning skills with ability to convert organizational objectives into operational plans.
Customer service focus emphasizing satisfaction and relationship management of members, stakeholders, and partners.
Demonstrated leadership in senior operations roles, preferably within education, associations, or financial services sectors.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making using KPIs.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, adept at working remotely across diverse international teams.
Academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; an advanced degree such as an MBA is advantageous.
