Senior Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Recruiting Specialist to join our Inditex office located in Hamburg. The role is instrumental in aligning the right candidates with the right retail stores, making recruitment efforts more tangible on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, successful hiring, and onboarding support.
• Understand the specific challenges of assigned store locations by maintaining consistent presence and collaborating closely with store, area, and HR teams.
• Proactively attract talents through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and local networks while developing sustainable talent pools.
• Initiate and implement innovative recruitment and employer branding strategies, coordinate local recruitment events, and tailor solutions to fill challenging positions and locations successfully.

Qualifications and Profile

• Proven recruiting experience, preferably within retail or a fast-paced service environment.
• Routine familiarity with conducting interviews, active sourcing, and operating common recruiting tools and platforms.
• Independent, methodical, and solution-focused work approach, managing high application volumes and adapting effectively to sudden changes by setting correct priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, a personable and proactive demeanor, and enthusiasm for introducing new ideas.
• Willingness to travel regularly to various store locations to perform recruitment activities directly on-site.
• Fluent command of both German and English languages.
