Position Summary
The Senior Recruiter role is responsible for leading recruitment efforts for Fulfillment IQ’s delivery teams, focusing on hiring highly skilled specialists such as Manhattan Active WM solution architects, WMS and OMS consultants, supply chain analysts, and managers overseeing implementations. This role demands end-to-end ownership of senior-level, niche searches with a strategic and data-driven approach to talent acquisition in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for senior and specialized supply chain technology and consulting roles.
- Evaluate candidates' practical configuration and delivery expertise beyond resumes and interviews.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process.
- Collaborate with implementation and consulting leaders to refine role requirements and uphold high hiring standards.
- Handle all aspects of recruitment including scheduling, maintaining ATS accuracy, coordinating with vendors, and preparing client-facing candidate materials.
- Leverage artificial intelligence to optimize routine tasks and focus efforts on critical decision-making.

- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates in a constrained job market.
- Competence in interpreting recruitment data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholders regarding market realities.
- Preferred: Familiarity with WMS, OMS, or supply chain technology platforms such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Deposco, SAP, along with experience mentoring recruitment professionals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range in Ontario: CAD 95,000 to 115,000 annually, dependent on experience.
