We are seeking a full-time remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter with expertise in recruiting for both healthcare and non-healthcare sectors. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for diverse roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to comprehend job specifications, and building a pipeline of qualified applicants. The recruiter will also foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure an excellent recruitment experience for candidates.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in recruitment and hiring procedures, specifically in healthcare and non-healthcare staffing domains
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate relationships with clients and candidates
• Capability to develop and sustain a network of potential candidates and collaborate well with team members and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple responsibilities and meet recruitment deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software is advantageous
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or similar fields
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
