Position Schedule and Compensation
The schedule is set from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, well-suited for individuals seeking flexible, parent-friendly working hours. The position offers an hourly wage of $20.
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer-Scheduler supports the recruitment team by coordinating interviews, visits, and tours, working closely with hiring managers, agency partners, and candidates. This role acts as a key liaison providing administrative assistance throughout the hiring process and is expected to step in for the Talent Acquisition Manager when absent.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate visits, interviews, and tours in partnership with the talent acquisition team.
- Communicate with hiring managers and agency partners to facilitate successful staffing initiatives.
- Screen resumes to confirm candidate qualifications and manage scheduling.
- Conduct phone and face-to-face candidate screenings.
- Support staffing events such as job fairs alongside the recruitment team.
- Refer candidates who effectively match position requirements following pre-screening interviews.
- Review applicant details, including employment applications, to ensure alignment with job specifications.
- Coordinate interview processes involving relevant personnel.
- Utilize company recruitment tools including website, social media, job boards, referrals, and external agencies.
- Manage pre-employment candidate screenings and participate in new hire orientations and onboarding.
- Maintain applicant and interview data within applicant tracking systems and generate weekly recruitment reports.
- Collaborate with temporary staffing agencies as necessary.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Psychology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years in administrative roles relevant to talent management or recruiting support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
