Role Expectations
- Engage in high-level restructuring and turnaround projects, working on diverse and interdisciplinary assignments both nationally and internationally.
- Perform in-depth assessments of companies' financial health, identify root causes of crises, and design forward-looking strategies.
- Develop restructuring concepts and business plans while advising clients through close-to-insolvency processes.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and create integrated financial and liquidity forecasts using financial modeling techniques.
- Serve as a key member of project teams, maintaining close communication with clients and overseeing the entire transformation process from outset to completion.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, (business) mathematics, or (business) engineering.
- Ideally, hands-on experience with accounting, financial analysis, and business planning, particularly within transactional or insolvency contexts, gained via internships or student assistant roles.
- A passion for corporate transformation and restructuring, and an eye for aligning organizations with emerging trends.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly process complex matters, high commitment, solution-focused mindset, and reliability.
- Fluent German and English language skills complete the candidate profile.
