Role Overview
- You will independently manage tasks throughout the entire accounting and closing process, including ongoing financial accounting, account reconciliations, and preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB, as well as IFRS or US-GAAP depending on your expertise and client mandates.
- You will provide comprehensive support for selected clients or companies, serving as the subject matter expert for balance sheet related inquiries, clarifications, and coordination.
- Your role will offer opportunities for growth, including increasing technical specialization, handling more complex financial statements, exploring new topics, and taking on special assignments or projects such as process optimization or digitalization.
- Work within a diverse client environment and benefit from professional exchanges across teams and locations while maintaining close contact with a stable, personal team.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as a tax clerk or equivalent commercial qualification with further training as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter).
- Practical experience in financial accounting and preparation of annual financial statements, ideally for companies required to prepare balance sheets.
- Good command of German and English languages.
- Enthusiasm for client-focused work in an international setting combined with strong teamwork and communication skills.
