Role Overview

This position involves managing invoicing and billing for franchises, maintaining party ledgers, overseeing inventory and costs, and handling taxation and compliance within a pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Create tax invoices for distributors using Marg ERP software, applying complex pricing including promotional schemes, free goods, and volume discounts.
• Manage debit and credit notes related to drug expiries, damages, and promotional claims.
• Reconcile accounts for various franchise partners and distributors to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding payments and generate ageing reports for management review.
• Coordinate collection efforts to maintain positive cash flow supporting stock distribution.
• Maintain and update stock registers for raw materials, packaging, and finished pharmaceuticals.
• Use FIFO inventory methods to prevent product expiration issues.
• Verify vendor bills in comparison to purchase orders to control procurement expenses.
• Prepare and file GST returns monthly, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B forms.
• Manage E-Way bills and E-invoicing for interstate pharmaceutical shipments.
• Calculate TDS on vendor contracts and professional services.

Salary Details

Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
