Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-level restructuring and turnaround projects, managing interdisciplinary engagements in both national and international contexts.
• Perform in-depth analyses to assess companies’ financial conditions, identify crisis causes, and formulate future-oriented strategies.
• Contribute to developing restructuring concepts and business plans while assisting clients during advisory processes related to insolvency.
• Carry out market research, competitive analysis, and integrated financial and liquidity planning through financial modeling.
• Act as a central member of project teams, maintaining close communication with clients and overseeing the entire transformation process from start to finish.

Candidate Profile

• Completed academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Mathematics, or (Industrial) Engineering with economic focus.
• Preferably some practical experience in accounting, financial analysis, and business planning within transactional or insolvency-related environments, including foundational knowledge of insolvency, commercial, and corporate law through internships or student roles.
• Strong passion for corporate transformation and restructuring, along with an understanding of aligning companies to emerging trends.
• Exceptional analytical skills with quick comprehension of complex matters, high dedication, solution-driven mindset, and reliability.
• Fluent command of both German and English languages.
