Role Overview
As a Personalreferent (HR Business Partner), you will serve as the trusted advisor to our technical and managerial staff on all personnel-related and labor law issues. You will accompany and counsel them through various phases of the Employee Life Cycle, crafting practical and effective solutions collaboratively.
You will manage your designated responsibility independently, advising leadership on operational personnel matters and overseeing individual personnel actions from initial inquiry through execution. Additionally, you will provide support on complex labor law topics and collaborate closely with relevant HR stakeholders.
Moreover, you will actively contribute to diverse personnel topics and change processes by identifying necessary actions and co-developing suitable solutions, balancing employee needs with operational and legal requirements. You will also participate in selected HR projects alongside your colleagues to continuously enhance HR practices and best support managers and specialists.
Candidate Profile
- A completed degree focusing on Human Resources, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in operational and consultative HR functions paired with solid knowledge of labor law.
- Strong advisory skills, excellent communication abilities, and confident interaction with specialists and leadership.
- High service and solution orientation with an independent, structured, and responsible work ethic, complemented by a keen interest in digital HR tools.
- Fluency in German and good command of English, both spoken and written.
